The MCH Workforce Development Center is using an approach called Action Learning to help leaders build “learning organizations” that can adapt to change. The leading proponent of the approach in the US is Michael J Marquardt. Our Action Learning Set Guide is based on the work of Marquardt; versions of this guide were used for many years in the National Public Health Leadership Institute.
